T1V’s release of ThinkHub 4.6 interactive meeting software in July 2019 introduced innovative new features that continue to increase the efficiency of our flagship multitouch, multiuser collaboration tool.
With ThinkHub MultiSite, you are able to have a real-time, room-to-room collaboration session from multiple office locations. The interactive Canvas session can reflect multiple sources of content - all viewed directly from any of the participating meeting locations. Remote or in-room users can annotate on the Canvas and drag and drop content across the screen.
As an add-on module to the core ThinkHub collaboration product, ThinkHub MultiSite received two enhancements in the ThinkHub 4.6 release: ThinkHub MultiSite Sync and ThinkHub MultiSite VC.
ThinkHub MultiSite VC allows users to interact face to face through simple and easy-to-use video conferencing that’s built into your ThinkHub MultiSite sessions. No need to login to another VC platform, or coordinate call-in details with your MultiSite counterparts - now it’s as easy as a single tap to start your MultiSite videoconference.
While in a ThinkHub MultiSite session, just toggle ‘Videoconference Mode’ on inthe Menu, and you can immediately speak with team members at the other MultiSite locations.
Once you toggle on Videoconference Mode within the session, the user’s camera feed will appear in the panel in a column on the right side of the Canvas for instant interaction.
All users in the session can turn MultiSite VC on or off throughout the meeting for a seamless and flexible collaboration experience.
To enable MultiSite VC, current MultiSite customers can simply plug in a USB camera/microphone to their ThinkHub. MultiSite VC supports audio and video for MultiSite participants across up to ten connected locations at a time.
