The type of platforms that we collaborate with today - in all types of work environments - continue to expand.
From web-based tools like JIRA dashboards or CAD software, employees, instructors, students, and more are using an array of technology on a daily basis.
What does active content mean? We reference ‘active’ or ‘live’ content as the following:
Web-based Content: open your web browser window on the ThinkHub Canvas to access live web content and compare dashboard side by side. ThinkHub supports any URL sent to the Canvas or opened in the Canvas browser.
Office 365 | Google Workspace | YouTube: access your team productivity tools directly from the ThinkHub Canvas. When shared on the Canvas, all ThinkHub participants can edit and view together.
Wireless Devices: connect and cast unlimited devices like laptops and mobile devices for real-time screen sharing to the Canvas. ThinkHub supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Linux devices.
Video Conferencing: communicate with team members and clients face-to-face throughout your ThinkHub Session. Choose from BlueJeans, Webex, MS Teams, Skype For Business, and/or Zoom.
Integrated Devices: this covers all external hardware driven content, which can be fed live into the ThinkHub experience. ThinkHub supports up to 12 hardline inputs (choose from IP or PTZ cameras to show live footage or demos, document cameras, cable boxes, Apple TV, laptops, mobile devices, and more…)
Active, live content is constantly created in places like Google Workspace and Office 365, where teams can edit documents in real-time whether they are working in the same room as their colleagues or remotely from disparate locations.
Individual platforms can only do so much for highly collaborative work: while you can see document edits in real time, you can’t discuss them, compare content side by side, or even compare multiple pieces of content in one place.
T1V’s flagship collaboration software, ThinkHub, provides a singular virtual platform for hybrid teams to share all types of active content (dashboards, data, O365, Google Docs, web-based tools, and more...) in a single, easy to use working session.
Many visual collaboration tools do not offer the ability to work with live content, and so while you can integrate with tools like Google Drive and Office 365, the content displays as a thumbnail on the virtual workspace, and is not content that you can actually interact with.
ThinkHub’s massive interactive Canvas enables individuals to come together and work on shared content as a team, no matter where they are.
With ThinkHub’s integrated video conferencing capabilities, users can talk through a ThinkHub Session over BlueJeans, Webex, MS Teams, or Zoom.
Users can drag and drop content onto the Canvas from their own mobile devices, like laptops, tablets, or smartphones. They can opt to cast their entire screen or select a single piece of content to the Canvas so that others can visualize their work.
Solve collaboration challenges like chaotic meetings, team miscommunication, and delayed workflows with ThinkHub’s advanced content sharing.
