There are two ways to wirelessly connect to ThinkHub using AirConnect on your mobile device - whether that’s a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
ThinkHub Scheduling
The first way to join a ThinkHub Session using AirConnect is through a link sent from the ThinkHub unit itself. Your calendar system can be easily integrated with ThinkHub Scheduling, making it easy to hop into meetings with a single tap to start.
If you’re scheduling the meeting, use your calendar app (Google Calendar or Microsoft Office) to enter a meeting title. Then select the ThinkHub device as a room and save the meeting invite.
From there, the ThinkHub will automatically send an email to you - and to any attendees you add to the meeting invite - five minutes before the meeting.
Click on the link to directly connect to the AirConnect launch page.
If you have already downloaded AirConnect, click “open T1V AirConnect” to instantly launch the ThinkHub Session.
This will enable you to directly access the ThinkHub Session without having to enter the AirConnect Key or Session password. Once connected, you can view, point, and control ThinkHub’s interactive Canvas.
AirConnect Key / Password
The other way to access ThinkHub via AirConnect is to simply use the AirConnect information that is visible on the upper right hand corner of the Canvas. You can use this if you are in-room and can see the display, or someone already connected to the session either in-room or remotely provides the AirConnect information to you.

Type in the AirConnect Key - the eight letters that appear under the IP address on the Canvas. For example, this AirConnect Key is: JNAA-WBDU. Then type in the four digit password underneath. (Keep in mind all AirConnect Keys and Passwords are individually generated for each Session, ensuring total security for you and your team’s Session content.
Hit “connect” and you will join the ThinkHub Session!
If you’ve joined a ThinkHub Session and wish to share the AirConnect information with any of your colleagues, copy the AirConnect information by right clicking on the top of the Session, where it reads “AirConnected to [ThinkHub device].” You can then send the full information via email to your team for easy access.
