The T1V Training series gives T1V technology users the basics - from ThinkHub, our flagship collaboration product, to the T1V App AirConnect, which supports hybrid team content sharing to any Hub.
This training article explains how to upload and download content onto the ThinkHub Canvas, all while using the T1V App AirConnect.

Once your device is connected to a ThinkHub Session - you’ve opened the AirConnect App, and you’re in your ThinkHub Session, you are ready to upload and download content.
In order to upload content, navigate to the ‘Canvas Tools’ Menu in the upper left corner of AirConnect.
Select the ‘Send File’ icon and either drag and drop a file - or simply select a file to import.
Select the file that you want to add to the interactive Canvas and when you select ‘Open,’ it will send the file to the ThinkHub Canvas.
Alternatively, you can open your Finder window, select the file that you’d like to share, and drag and drop it directly on the ThinkHub Canvas.
You can either upload content to the Canvas all at once and then organize your Canvas, or feel free to upload one piece of content at a time, individually, to different areas of the Canvas.
Once the content is uploaded to the ThinkHub Session, other participants who are connected to the Session - either in-room with a physical ThinkHub unit or remotely via AirConnect - can also access it (as long as you are in the ‘Control Mode’ of AirConnect).
Pinch and zoom a piece of content to resize, or annotate on it. You can conveniently use all of the built-in tools in ThinkHub on these objects.
When you’ve finished your Session and you’re ready to download content, you’ll want to navigate over to the ‘Download from Canvas’ in the Canvas Tools.
You have the choice to download the ThinkHub Session as a native .t1vx file, a PDF of the Canvas, or individual files (individual pieces of content on the Canvas).
When you download the Session, you’ll be able to open it again when you’re connected to another ThinkHub unit. Once you are connected to another ThinkHub, you can upload the Session file and continue working on it.
Or, you can also download a PDF of the ThinkHub Session. This will simply take a snapshot of everything on your Canvas so you can visually see the layout of your ThinkHub Session post meeting. This is useful if you won’t have access to a ThinkHub device, or you wish to share with people who don’t have access to a ThinkHub.
You also have the option to download files. Go to ‘Download Files’ in the Canvas Tools. You can select one file or multiple files you’d like to download, or even download all of the files that have been sent to the ThinkHub Session. These will then be stored on your personal device.
