To begin scheduling your ThinkHub Session, first create a meeting using your calendar app (this should be integrated with your ThinkHub system - if not, please contact your ThinkHub administrator).
Under ‘Add rooms or location,’ select the ThinkHub device that you are using to create the meeting. You will book your ThinkHub just as you would a physical meeting room.
Complete your meeting invite by adding the rest of the details for the meeting, including:
Save the meeting.
Any guests that you invite to the meeting will receive a calendar invite and a link to the ThinkHub Session via email.
If you have additional guests that you would like to join the ThinkHub Session, but did not add them to the calendar meeting, you can easily send them the ThinkHub Session link that was included in the email invite.
Five minutes before the start of your scheduled meeting, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to connect to the ThinkHub Session.

You are now in the scheduled ThinkHub Session.
An important tip to note is that you will always start a ThinkHub Session in ‘View’ mode.
On the left side of the ThinkHub Session window, you will find a binoculars icon. This is selected for ‘View’’ mode. To change your mode to interact with the ThinkHub, open the ThinkHub menu, and collaborate with content, select ‘Control’ mode. ‘Control’ mode is the third option down -
