ThinkHub Agile powers design thinking for lean-agile teams - no matter where they are. Whether in-room or remote, Agile teams under the hybrid work model can leverage ThinkHub’s interactive Canvas to share Notes for sessions like a daily standup meeting.
Watch the latest T1V in 3 to join T1V Product Owner / Scrum Master Aaron Palmer in exploring how ThinkHub is the perfect tool for Agile organizations.
What is a daily standup in the Agile way of thinking? A daily standup meeting is when a team - for example, a software team - gets together on a daily basis and discusses:
- What they did yesterday
- What they’re going to do today
- Any blockers they may have
Blockers are things that are stopping you from getting your job done - streamlining blockers and removing them is one of the huge reasons a daily standup meeting is so valuable - once these are resolved, team workflows are quicker and more productive.
ThinkHub Agile touts many features that enable daily standup meetings to be more effective and efficient.
For instance, third party video conferencing applications are completely integrated with ThinkHub Agile - a team member can join a Zoom meeting and be able to speak face-to-face with other team members, all while still interacting with the ThinkHub Canvas via the T1V app. The T1V app then allows Agile teams to connect to the Canvas from their personal device like a laptop - and interact with the screen in real-time.
When they connect to the T1V app, Agile participants can manipulate content - they can send notes to the Canvas, and even send Notes to the specific Groups on the Canvas.
Organize the three questions for a daily standup on the ThinkHub Canvas with the Groups tool. Create three different Groups - one for each question. You can assign a theme to each Group so the Notes reflect different background or text colors to make for seamless visual collaboration.
Move Notes to different Groups, reprioritize them, and more...
Once the team has identified the notes for the three categories, the scrum master will take all the information and download it from the ThinkHub Session.
Once you’re connected to the T1V app, you have the ability to download all the Notes and the content from the ThinkHub Canvas. Downloaded through a CSV file, you can take that information and put it into third party product management applications like Jira or Confluence - simply any application that has CSV import capabilities. This allows Agile teams to keep track of all of their Notes, tickets, and daily standup information.
What’s more, team members can prepare their content before the meeting actually happens by logging into the T1V app, so, they can send their Notes about the daily standup to the Canvas and be ready for when the meeting starts.
Don’t forget that once you save your ThinkHub Agile Session, you can reference it whenever you want - or use the same Session daily for meeting persistence.
