Key Account Manager (West US)

The company’s ThinkHub collaboration software features BYOD (bring your own device) technology, designed to support the many devices, programs and platforms of today’s workforce. Here's what you'll do:

  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Ability to train end users on our solutions and apply their needs and use cases to the curriculum
  • Ability to grow revenue in the existing customer base by farming within them
  • Ability to grow and expand relationships with customer base and support them after the sales
  • Support Territory Managers for demos, cold calling, etc
  • Work with your team to develop sales quotes and proposals for potential customers
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of T1V products and services – become a subject matter expert in T1V technology
  • Engage with and manage T1V channel partners, support sales demo requests, and guide as needed
  • Actively communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast
  • Work with T1V marketing team to develop promotional materials for demos, road shows, trade shows, and channel partner events
  • Attend trade shows to demonstrate T1V technology and engage with new leads
  • Travel required (20 - 40% possible)

  • Strong writing, presentation skills, and extreme attention to detail with ability to communicate clearly
  • Highly competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and O365
  • Professional demeanor and ability to engage with customers with ease
  • Ability to develop relationships internally and externally
  • Flexible with ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with audio visual and software industries preferred

  • Ability to travel throughout the USA
  • Knowledge and experience with current technologies
  • High energy, self motivation, and resourcefulness
  • A professional demeanor and comfort assisting customers and vendors via phone and/or email

You will work directly with our Regional Sales Directors, and your success at T1V will be measured by displaying the above qualities, fulfilling key responsibilities to the satisfaction of the sales team, and pushing yourself to improve in your role on a daily basis.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. As an added perk, bonuses and stock options are awarded based on performance.
