Project Overview

 

Strategic Insight needed a flexible, software-driven solution to modernize its War Room methodology, which previously relied on paper pinned to the walls. With ThinkHub, the War Room has undergone a digital transformation — optimizing team workflows and enhancing training seminars, strategy sessions, and collaborative work with a state-of-the-art, interactive experience.

We use a process called the War Room — traditionally, that was a room that had cork boards on four walls and we would pin paper up. The ThinkHub is the next step in that evolution. We are working with our clients who are doing difficult, new endeavors, which in and of itself brings you pride you are contributing to the national security of our country.

Previously, it was mandatory that everyone was in person, and it was a static room — so content was on the wall but it wasn't able to be changed in real-time, which was a major pain point for us and for our clients. With the T1V system, we've taken the same idea or approach to how we interact with our client, but it's now a more immersive experience.

The Solution

T1V’s ThinkHub has transformed Strategic Insight’s War Room and Planning Center into a fully digital, interactive collaboration hub.

Equipped with four ThinkHub systems — two dual 98” interactive walls and a mobile ThinkHub cart — the solution enables real-time, room-to-room collaboration through ThinkHub MultiSite software.

Hardline input integrations ensure secure device and content sharing for government and military officials, while on-premise deployment with password-protected ThinkHub Canvases safeguards sensitive data. This advanced setup streamlines team workflows, enhances strategic planning, and fosters seamless collaboration for both internal decision-makers and key external clients.

The main advantage that I see with this T1V system is we can make real-time edits working with our clients, incorporate them in real-time using the touch screen, or uploading content that's on a mobile device in the room. This new system brings on capabilities that will allow us to facilitate collaboration that we haven't done before.
