Content Broadcasting

Turn the Room into Your Content Studio

There are many ways to broadcast content in your ThinkHub Classroom. From the interactive Canvas, you can push content to Student Stations or ThinkHub Docks around the room.

You can broadcast the entire Instructor Canvas, individual pieces of content, or even a star student station can be cast to the entire room. You can also have different content casting to different docks and/or student stations, and you can annotate on broadcasted content in real time.

Student Stations

Facilitate Group-Based Learning and Collaboration for Students

Add ThinkHub Student Stations to your learning environment to support active, group-based learning exchange amongst students. Students can connect and share content to their Student Station to work on problems together.

The Student Stations also broadcast up to the Instructor Station, so the Instructor can monitor group progress and provide real-time feedback to student groups.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive and their answers, all gathered in one place.

YOU MAY NEED TO KNOW

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does ThinkHub Education cost?

ThinkHub pricing comes down to three main factors: display, software add-ons, and volume. With ThinkHub Education, you also have the option to add Student Stations and ThinkHub Docks - accessories that drive additional engagement in the classroom.

Download our Product Guide for introductory pricing, or reach out to a member of our team for a quote

How does ThinkHub Education licensing work?

There is a one-time cost for the ThinkHub Room hardware (typically, the ThinkHub appliance and display), and a recurring ThinkHub software license. Unlimited users can download the app and connect to ThinkHub.

If you are adding Student Stations to your ThinkHub Classroom, each of these also has a one-time cost for the hardware, and a recurring Student Station software license.

Multiyear license options are available.

Can I control who can connect to the ThinkHub Classroom?

Yes, we understand security is a top concern for Universities. The Instructor has the option to control who can connect, view, and control the ThinkHub Canvas.

Controls can be limited by user, as well. So if, for instance, there is a guest lecturer joining the ThinkHub Classroom remotely, they can be granted control capabilities, while students may only have the ability to view. This can be configured in the classroom, in real-time by the Instructor.

How many students can a ThinkHub Classroom support?

We have built ThinkHub Classrooms from small to large, supporting anywhere from 20 to 120 in-room students.

ThinkHub Classrooms can scale to any size, and can also support remote and hybrid class formats.
