Competitive Territory Manager Required.

As Territory Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to treat your territory like your own business while driving growth and building strong customer relationships. You’re a consultative seller, who understands customer needs and provides tailored solutions that deliver. Here's what you'll do:

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and grow T1V’s market presence. Build relationships with dealer partners, consultants, and representatives from companies like Planar and Avocor. Develop compelling sales quotes and proposals with Application Engineer support to secure customer commitments.
  • Territory & Account Management: Drive performance to meet or exceed sales targets while managing sales pipelines and forecasts. Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and prospects to support growth and retention.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery: Provide demo support and present tailored solutions as a subject matter expert on T1V products and services. Leverage consultative selling to address customer needs and ensure a positive experience.
  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies, coordinate demos, trade shows, and roadshows, and promote T1V on social media. Prospect and engage end users to generate leads.
  • Travel & Event Participation: Attend trade shows, provide technology demonstrations, and build relationships with existing customers/partners and prospects  (20-40% travel required).

  • Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills and extreme attention to detail, with ability to communicate clearly.
  • Highly competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and by extension, Google Drive.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to engage with customers with ease.
  • Ability to develop relationships internally and externally.
  • Flexible with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with audio visual and software industries preferred.
  • Experience selling to Higher Education is a plus.
  • Located within your sales territory is desired but not required. Please keep in mind that this may affect your amount of travel.

As a bonus, you'll also:

  • Have experience with the Pro A/V channel 
  • Have experience selling software
  • Have experience selling to higher education 

You will work directly with our VP of Global Sales, and your success at T1V will be measured by displaying the above qualities, fulfilling key responsibilities to the satisfaction of the sales team, and pushing yourself to improve in your role on a daily basis. 

Salary will be commensurate with experience. As an added perk, bonuses and stock options are awarded based on performance.
