It's no secret organizations are on the lookout for ways to improve collaboration - that's why we created ThinkHub, our multitouch collaboration software for meetings rooms. Designed to consolidate current meeting room technology - from presentation tools to brainstorming applications - ThinkHub allows you to host faster, more efficient meetings. Here's how:
1. No set-up time - Once installed, starting a ThinkHub session is as simple as tapping a screen. This will bring to you a digital Canvas with bulit-in apps that include Notes, Sketches, and Web Browser. There's no login required, no cables to plug in, and no extra equipment needed. Simply tap and go.
2. Easily share content - One of the advantages of ThinkHub is how easily content can be shared. You can share media files from a USB, network drive, cloud server, or wirelessly from your own device. ThinkHub's bring your own device (BYOD)-friendly capabilities allow for an unlimited amount of iOS, OS, Windows, Linux, and Android devices to be shared at once - so next time you want to share content with a coworker in a brainstorming session, you can do so within seconds. It's as easy as using AirPlay (on iOS and OS Devices) or downloading T1V's free AirConnect App.
3. Digital Whiteboard 2.0 - ThinkHub has all the capabilities of a digital whiteboard, providing you with the tools you need to get the creative juices flowing. Not only can you write and draw directly on the ThinkHub Canvas, you can annotate content - both from native apps and connected devices - including live streams. All annotations can be snapshot, emailed, and/or printed directly from the Canvas.
4. Save + Resume Sessions - ThinkHub gives you the option to save and resume sessions. All data will be stored as you saved it, so when you return the next day, or even the next week, you can continue from where you left off.
5. Improved Remote Collaboration - ThinkHub Multisite and ThinkHub Videoconferencing offer real-time, remote collaboration opportunities. With ThinkHub MutliSite, you can share a ThinkHub session across the entire organization, up to 10 ThinkHub sites at the same time. When you're logged into a joint Session with other ThinkHub devices, everything you do is mirrored in real time - including annotations, file sharing, and even live device streaming.
What's more, ThinkHub Videoconferencing is designed to work with any videoconferencing systems you already have in place: integrate with existing hardware systems (Cisco, Polycom, etc...), web apps (Skype for Business), or utilize T1V's built-in videoconferencing via ThinkHub MultiSite.
