In late February 2019, T1V hosted the inaugural Active Learning Technology Tour (ALTT) in College Station, Texas. After receiving an overwhelming number of applications, T1V awarded an active learning grant to leaders in higher education from 12 Universities.
ALTT spanned two days and exposed participants to one of the largest active learning technology deployments in the country at Texas A&M University, which features 38 active learning studios, 10 collaboration rooms, and 13 mobile carts, all powered by T1V ThinkHub Connect and ThinkHub active learning technology.
ALTT participants met with Texas A&M Instructors and IT/Technology decision makers, all while touring the new Zachry Engineering Education Complex and observing ThinkHub Connect classroom technology in action.
The dynamic conversations with Texas A&M leadership and our guest attendees at ALTT resulted in a productive and inspiring experience exchange centered around active learning.
The discussion included learnings from Texas A&M University and how they qualified, vetted, tested and deployed ALC technology, best practices in ALC technology deployments and much more…
From the Q+A sessions, live classroom observation and in-depth interactive lectures, T1V has condensed key takeaways from the findings at ALTT into a White Paper covering the Top 10 Challenges in Active Learning Technology and How to Solve Them.
In the pages that follow, we’ll take you inside these top challenges in active learning technology and how to address them. After reading this whitepaper, you will have a firm understanding of:
