The T1V Customer Spotlight Series features T1V Customers and how they are using technology to drive their organizations forward. Did you catch the latest Customer Spotlight webinar?
Senior AV Manager / IT Team, Ken Okajima, of the Ellison Institute of Transformative Medicine has provided a run-down from installation to adoption, along with everything in between that ThinkHub has done to transform how his team collaborates. In this T1V Customer Spotlight segment, Okajima goes on to share the ease of managing ThinkHub across their facility, and what it’s like to work with the T1V team.
What is it like to manage ThinkHub across your organization?
The simple response: “it doesn’t take too much work.” The Ellison Institute utilizes the T1V Command Control Dashboard to manage their Thinkhub devices in-house and Okajima states that managing the support for minor issues himself has been “super easy.”
In the few instances that issues have occurred outside of their internal team’s ability to troubleshoot, the Ellison Institute has really enjoyed working with our support team. “The T1V team is super quick to respond, and they have been able to implement any changes or additional customizations requested by the Institute.” Ken makes it evident that a close and lasting relationship between the Ellison Institute and T1V has been established as he mentions the T1V Support specialists by name, once again commending them for the outstanding customer and tech support they have provided, and continue to offer the Ellison Institute.
“The T1V team is super quick to respond, and they have been able to implement any changes or additional customizations requested by the Institute.”
